Having missed the official test day earlier in the year, James Dixon and Johannes Seidlitz did a fans tic job with Johannes qualified 2nd only 0.02 off pole and James qualified 5th still only 0.11 from pole. Johannes made a good start, which gave the inside line at complex. From the 1st lap open up a lead and by Lap 7 Johannes had a 3 second lead. A dominate win by Johannes and James having an accident with Nathan Coulter in the early part of the race resulted him to rejoined the track to finish in 9th position.
